Sliding the focus ring towards you moves the focusing point to a specific distance, while rotating the focus ring moves the focus distance within the scale range indicated on the lens cylinder.

How to set to deep focus

1. Set the camera’s mode dial to A or M mode, and set an appropriate aperture value (e.g. F8.0).
